With your order you can indicate where you want to receive your order: at your home address or at another address, e.g. your work address.
2. Delivery to your home address
If you have chosen delivery to your home address, the order will be delivered to your home by PostNL. As soon as your order is on its way to you, we will inform you by e-mail. In this email you will also find a track & trace code that you can use to see when your order will be delivered.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person can choose to deliver the package to the neighbors. You will then find a card in the letterbox with the address where the package was delivered. If the neighbors are also not at home or you have indicated that you do not want your package to be delivered to neighbors, the card will indicate when the delivery person will return. There is also a delivery code on the card. With this code you can indicate yourself when you want to have the package delivered again. There are no additional charges.
The delivery costs for delivery to the address you have chosen vary. Your package is insured against damage and loss. You only pay shipping costs once per order, regardless of the number of items ordered or any subsequent shipments.
3. Delivery to a PostNL collection point
You can also choose to pick up your order at a PostNL collection point. Handy if you are often not at home. You choose at which PostNL collection point you want to pick up your order. For opening hours of PostNL collection points click here These collection points make it possible that you can pick up your package at a time that suits you best. Don't forget to bring a valid ID.
As soon as your package has arrived at a PostNL collection point, you will receive a message by e-mail, text message or telephone. You have one week to collect your order. If you have not yet collected your order, you will receive a reminder after 3 days. If you have not picked up your package after 7 days, it will be returned.
4. Availability and delivery time
Information about the availability of the articles can be found on the article page, as soon as you add an article to your shopping cart.
For items that are in stock, you will receive them within 3 to 5 days. For items that are temporarily out of stock, but of which new stock is already on its way, we will indicate the expected delivery time. This can vary from several days to several weeks or in exceptional cases longer.
Unfortunately, if an item is sold out, we can no longer deliver it. It is possible that only certain sizes are not available, you cannot select them. If the item is sold out in all sizes, it will be removed from the webshop. However, it can occasionally happen that a sold out item is temporarily still offered in the webshop. You can then no longer add this item to your shopping cart.
