1. Can I cancel/change my order?

Oops, ordered too soon? Unfortunately, once your order has been completed, it is no longer possible to cancel or change it, because your order will be processed immediately for shipment.

You can simply return your package by using the return label. After receipt of your return, we will transfer the amount back to your account.

2. I accidentally ordered a duplicate, what now?

Have you been a little too enthusiastic and your order was placed twice by mistake? That can happen.

Because we are also very enthusiastic, your package will be processed immediately for shipment. As a result, the duplicate order can no longer be canceled. You can simply return your package by using the return label. After receipt of your return, we will refund the money to your account.

3. My desired product is not (any longer) in stock, what now?

Unfortunately, an article or a certain size is sometimes sold out. Sometimes we can order additional products. You can always inquire about this with our customer service.

4. I have not yet received the order confirmation?

If you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Did you not receive this e-mail and are you not sure whether your order has gone through correctly? Please check your spam box first, unfortunately it sometimes happens that our e-mails end up there. Is the confirmation not in your spam box? In that case, please contact our customer service.
